By accessing or using FLOWRBUD Workshops' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Workshop Bookings and Payments

2.1 Booking Confirmation

Workshops and private events must be booked and paid for in advance
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment
Confirmation emails contain essential workshop details

2.2 Payment Terms

All prices are in USD
Full payment is required at time of booking
We accept major credit cards and digital payments
Gift cards are non-refundable but transferable

2.3 Cancellation Policy

Full refund available up to 72 hours before workshop
Rescheduling available within 72-hour window
Workshop credit issued for late cancellations
No refunds for no-shows

3. Workshop Participation

3.1 Attendance

Arrive 10 minutes before start time
Late arrivals may join in progress
No guarantee of materials for late arrivals

3.2 Conduct

Respectful behavior required
Follow instructor guidance
No disruptive behavior
Right to refuse service reserved

3.3 Materials and Property

All materials provided are included in fee
Tools must remain at workshop
Personal belongings are your responsibility
Damage to property may incur charges

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Content Ownership

Workshop materials are our property
Photos may be used for marketing
Participants may opt-out of photos
Social media sharing encouraged with attribution

5. Liability and Waiver

5.1 General Liability

Participation at own risk
Not responsible for personal property
Allergies must be disclosed
Safety instructions must be followed

5.2 Workshop Results

Results may vary
No guarantee of specific outcomes
Instructions provided for best results
At-home care guidelines provided

6. Private and Corporate Events

6.1 Special Arrangements

Minimum group sizes apply
Custom pricing available
Separate contracts required
Deposit may be required

7. Gift Cards

7.1 Usage Terms

- No cash value
- Transferable but not refundable
- Must be presented at time of use
